Getting your trades in
- In CoinSpot, open Order History and choose Export. You get a CSV file.
- In The Crypalyzer, press Add, pick the account, and choose the file. Add more accounts, one per company, in Settings › Your Accounts.
- Read the review table. Nothing counts until you press the Add button under it.
Only want recent trades? Set Only from this date before you confirm. Uploading the same file twice adds nothing twice.
Reading the numbers
- Paid is what the coins you still hold cost you, fees included, at their average cost.
- Worth now is those coins at today’s price.
- Profit is Worth now minus Paid, plus anything you have already banked.
- Banked is profit you took when you sold or swapped a coin. It only appears once you have sold something.
- What moved shows each coin’s price change since yesterday and what it did to your money. Click a day in the daily reconciliation to look at that day instead.
Coin-to-coin swaps
A swap such as XRP for BTC is counted as a sell of XRP and a buy of BTC, both at the value your exchange recorded for the trade. Swaps move coins, not cash, so Paid does not change.
Unpriced coins
If the price feed does not know a coin, The Crypalyzer says unpriced rather than showing a zero, and leaves that coin out of the totals until a price is available.
Prices and time
Crypto trades around the clock. Today’s figure is the live price; past days use each day’s closing price.
Something looks wrong?
Compare the trade in The Crypalyzer’s Every buy table with your exchange history. If the exchange is right and The Crypalyzer is not, email support@crypalyzer.com with the date and coin and we will look.
